One happy customer I was looking to buy a car and my credit was not the greatest. Recently had a bankruptcy discharge. I filled out a online application and got a call t I was looking to buy a car and my credit was not the greatest. Recently had a bankruptcy discharge. I filled out a online application and got a call that night saying that Elite could work with me. From there I met Christian Mercado. What an amazing young man. He was friendly and very personable. Had all the answers to my questions and more importantly my concerns. Took a test drive knew that the car I drove was the one. I didnt get the car that day due to a down payment problem. I didnt have enough. Christian kept in contact even after I left and eventually with his help and me being able to come up with a down payment I was able to come in and get the car. Christian was not available the day I came in and Joe G sold me the car. Even after the sale Christian has kept in contact making sure that I am pleased with the purchase. He has gone way above and beyond what I would think a sales man would do. It was a pleasure working with Elite and its sale force.
