Poor ethics and frustrating buying experience. I would leave zero stars if this was an option. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, they failed to submit necessary information to register I would leave zero stars if this was an option. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, they failed to submit necessary information to register the vehicle. They often refuse to return phone calls. I've been hung-up on and even yelled at by the employees. My temporary permit has expired and I still do not have information regarding status of my registration. They offered a new temporary permit, but still could not provide registration information. In summary, once you've paid, your business is no longer a priority for Elite Motors Inc. More

2013 Ford Edge Sport Even though the vehicle was at your dealership for at least 4 months the salesman would not go down in price even $300 which i was disappointed in. T Even though the vehicle was at your dealership for at least 4 months the salesman would not go down in price even $300 which i was disappointed in. There were a few dings and scratches that were not shown on any of the pics or were we told about. That was a little irritating as well. The time spent at the dealership was took about 3 times as long as expected. Overall we like the vehicle so far. And our salesman Jorgen Parend was really nice and so was the finance manager. Also thanks for the pickles! More
