bsolutely the worst retail experience I have ever had. I bought a car back in late November from these guys. Got the car home, had a flat tire and while looking underneath I can't even begin to tell you about all the leaks. My driveway was stained. Leaking seal between the break booster and master cylinder, leaking rack, oil, power steering etc. I had it towed back after I told the dealer about the repairs. No communication for a month. Finally I had to have the loan company call them. They said the vehicle had been fixed for weeks. Well, when I went to pick it up, they lied. It wasn't fixed and the owner EDDIE said he knew it wasn't fixed but wanted to "be a man and fix it." Nope, no trust and wasted 45 days. Elite broke Mass Law by not doing a vehicle inspection to ensure safety before purchase and not having my vehicle repaired within 11 business days. The car is undrivable and I couldn't even get it inspected. After showing the loan company the pics or the car they cancelled loan and the made the dealer buy the car back. I now have the AG involved because these liars won't give me my deposit back and reimburse my fees. THEY'VE HAVE 11 AG CASES OPEN. If you had bad credit for whatever reason, go somewhere else. These liars are praying on your need to sell you an unsafe auto. More
