I was looking for a pre-owned Mini Cooper S. Travelled some 60 miles to Peabody, MA and even to North Providence RI. Both had a MINI, but they would not deal. Found the 03' MINI Cooper S I have now at Elite Auto Sales, not more than 15 miles away from our home on the South Shore. I telephoned to see if they still had the car, and I was told to come on down and take her out for a ride, I would not be disappointed. How true. It was in great shape, no dings, dents. Low mileage, and they beat the bushes to get me a 6% interest rate on a 5yr old vehicle ! I made it clear exactly what I could afford, and didn't budge. They took care of my trade, and put the payments in the ball park I needed. While out of warranty, It was time to change the oil. I ordered my oil change parts ( filter, housing socket , drain plug )from Atlantic British Auto parts, but I was not able to remove the oil drain plug. Some gorilla wrenched it on not adhearing to the 18 ft lb requirments. I called the owner, (Rick) He said come on down and let his mechanic ( Deak ) look at it. Not only did they get the plug removed, they changed my oil, took care of an issue with the power steering pump fan, and did so ALL at NO charge! I would refer ALL of my closest relatives to this dealership. They are family owned and operated, and eager to please. :) More
