I have been a customer of Elgin Toyota since 1997 and have purchased and maintained 3 differents vehicles from this dealership. They always have a loaner available for me when the service is extensive and do their best to help keep my vehicles on the road and humming for many years!! I am the proud and happy owner of a Sienna with nearly 175,000 miles and I will not take it anywhere else for service. They know my vehicle and help me keep track of what needs to be done to keep it in top shape. I recommend Elgin Toyota without reservation for high levels of customer service and integrity in BOTH the Sales and Service Departments. I have a lot more contact with the Service Department and have always been treated with respect and consideration. They always work around my difficult schedule, allow me the use of a loaner when service cannot be finished in a short time, and always return my car clean. Price is always fair, and they have worked with Toyota in the past to resolve issues beyond warranty in some circumstances. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone requiring fair, honest service. More
