I visited several dealerships before running into Bob Keissami, at Elgin Toyota. Most places tried to get me to buy a car they had in stock or on the lot. But, I had a good idea of exactly what I was looking for in a car. What surprised me and what I like most about Elgin Toyota was that Bob didn't push me into anything. He took notes on what I wanted and promised to call if he runs across it. Two weeks later my phone rang and that he had found my car. Everything was great- in and out of there with a new car-at a GREAT price in two hours! Tancho was the sales representative whom I had the pleasure of working with. He was very attentive, and helpful, and seem to really pay attention to what type of car and features I was looking for. Tancho, unlike the other sales representative when to go get a type of car that I was looking for and within a few minutes he was back. I drove the car and he informed me about all the features that the Camry SE offered. He was very open to answering any questions, and made me feel really comfortable. I was very pleased with my purchase as well as my experience at the Elgin Toyota. More
