Our experience was great. RJ contacted us quickly after we express an interest on the Internet and e-mailed us a price on the model we were interested in. We decided on the Highlander and Tom was with us through the entire process, explaining everything and answering all of our questions. In a little over 3 hours we had traded our van and was on the way home in our new Highlander. We could not have been more pleased with out experience. I loved that experience of working with my sales person Tancho. It was wonderful and I admire a lot that he takes his time with each client to get to know them better.
