Usually don't like shopping for cars. I hate when the dealers are pushy. No high pressure at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Had all my questions answered. We returned to the Honda Dealership the salesperson was very nice but the manager had the worse attitude so without second thought we left the Honda Dealership and returned to Elgin Toyota even though I loved the Honda the service that we received made me dislike the car. I was upside down on my car and was expecting to get an older, used vehicle that would hold me over for a couple of years until I could get something new. I went to Toyota because I'd had good luck with Angela in the past and my folks buy all their cars there. My main goal was to lower my monthly payments and get better gas mileage. I was surprised that Angela remembered me! It had been almost 2 years since my last car purchase! I told her what my hopes were. Unfortunately, my car was too upside down to get anything used. Angela suggested that I think about a new 2013 Toyota. She said there were great incentives! She showed me the car and I loved it! It was roomier than I thought it was going to be and it had all the bells and whistles I wanted! Angela worked with me until we were able to settle on a deal that fit my budget! I couldn't be more thrilled!! She was able to put me in something new that I thought I'd have to wait a few years for and I'm now getting over 10 MPG more than I got in my old car!!
