I spoke to and dealt with Jun Suello. He was friendly and straightforward with me about the car I was interested in. When I spoke to both Jun and his manager about my situation, they listened to what I had to say and treated me with respect. This isn't the first car I've purchased, and not the first used car I've purchased; there were no surprises, I'm very satisfied with a vehicle that I researched extensively and Jun, who facilitated the purchase. We just bought a car from this dealer. We were a bit hesitant to go here due to the Yelp & DealerRater reviews, but they had a car we were interested in so we gave them a chance and glad we did. We worked with John Savodge and he was great and reason why I felt need to submit a review. He was low (actually no) pressure salesperson, nice guy, gave helpful input/recommendations and big contributor to why went forward with buying the car. Due to covid you need to make an appt first, but really that was not an issue as we called while on our way to the dealer to make the appt. We didn’t need to work with a Sales Mgr or Finance Mgr, which helped to make the process easier. There are a few things stopping me from rating higher and almost caused us to stop working with the them. One is that it’s not easily to get a car looked at by an outside mechanic, per sales mgr requires signing papers and making a commitment. Second we could not get an “out the door” price when talking via email, so not so easy to negotiate during the day for those that work. Lastly, like a couple other reviews, we had an unexpected fee on our bill and incorrect sales tax. The combination of those issues gave us some doubts about the dealership, but we avoided any car with a past accident due to the first concern and for last concern John quickly resolved the fee and tax issue. Despite those issues, the car buying experience was almost as easy as buying from Carmax which is why gave them a 4. More
Bought a Sienna labeled as 8 seat in Feburary 2020 through Mike Schramm Jr. At first we noticed there's no 8th seat in the car we drove home so I contacted Mike Jr and he said he'll have the seat for through Mike Schramm Jr. At first we noticed there's no 8th seat in the car we drove home so I contacted Mike Jr and he said he'll have the seat for me once I come back to deliver the second pair of keys of my trade-in. But when I went there I was told by his father Mike Schramm Sr. that he failed to find the 8th seat for my model which should be a cloth seat while he can only find a leather one. He said he'll deliver the correct 8th seat to my address so I went home. But after one month nothing happened so I contacted Mike Jr. and he told me that he couldn't find the 8th seat and I have to come to the dealership to talk to the used car manager named Ahmed or something personally because he said he talked to the guy and got rejected and he tried to keep his job. But I was out of town for a while and cannot make it to the dealership and due to Covid I cannot take the risk. So things got held up and untill now I havn't received any calls or information from them yet. I have to mention that the posting did say it's an 8-seat passenger sienna! Really dissapointing experinece. They probably know there's no 8th seat on this car so they lied and kept fooling customers. More

Very Shady. I was lied to about a car to test drive. They kept someone had it on a test drive. When the manager came out, the salesperson started it was in the shop.
