UPDATE FOLLOW UP 2/2024 The bottom line, you guys sold me a Toyota Hylander for 31K that had already been seen by Oakbrook Toyota in 12/2023 that needed repairs (struts 2K) and torque converter (15K) and you still sold me the car. As a Toyota dealership you have the ability to see the history of the car. I was thankful that your Sales Manager, Rich, helped me. I returned the car on 2/20/2024 And was told you would overnight a check to my credit union, refunding the purchase. My credit union has still not received the payment and I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to find out where the Refund went. YOU HAVE $31,000 OF MINE. Where is it? Maybe someone will read this review and respond. I’ve reached out to multiple people..
