Elgin Kia is by far the best Kia dealership in the Midwest! We have had several Kia leases, and our last lease, which was purchased at Elgin Kia a few years ago just ended, and our salesman Kosta and Midwest! We have had several Kia leases, and our last lease, which was purchased at Elgin Kia a few years ago just ended, and our salesman Kosta and the entire Elgin Kia team made our purchasing of our lease so easy! They are also professional, kind, the facility is state-of-the-art and super clean! They are even so kid friendly when you bring your little ones. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to purchase their next Kia from this dealership! Specifically use Kosta as your salesman! I must say I’ve never seen a better and more honest car salesman than Kosta! I have used countless salesman throughout many years, and I have never had such a great experience that all the experiences I have had with Kosta. Avoid this place like the plague. So l now have a vehicle taken apart near my home that I'm screwed with because these worthless con artists screw their customers to guarantee more revenue for themselves. Their owner and all finance people involved in this practice should be ashamed of themselves. We had bought 2 cars here previously and they spit in our faces. More
My wife & I just bought our 2nd used Kia Soul from Elgin Kia, both sold to us by Mike Gaddy. We needed another reliable car after a total loss crash that happened the day after Christmas and Mike went out o Kia, both sold to us by Mike Gaddy. We needed another reliable car after a total loss crash that happened the day after Christmas and Mike went out of his way to help us find a replacement. I'm impressed by the extra effort Mike took to help me sort out and understand the detailed histories of 3 Certified Pre-Owned Kia Souls that were for sale on their lot. Our time available to car shop was limited by work & a personal disability, yet Mike was patient with us, accommodating our schedule even when he was dealing with his own car accident at the time. That extra effort was really unexpected and very much appreciated! When it came time to run the final numbers, Elgin Kia was fair with their pricing and didn't inflate the final price for the car with any made up dealer fees. Additionally the trip to the F & I office was quick, painless and friendly with NO surprises (shout out to Leval Evans). Our buying experience was once again as painless as used car buying can be from a dealership and I'd recommend Elgin Kia to anyone. More

This dealership works with deceit and NO ethics. Fraud. Purchased an unsafe used vehicle and the dealership refuses to acknowledge my concerns or provide ANY compensation. In summary, I paid 29,523 Fraud. Purchased an unsafe used vehicle and the dealership refuses to acknowledge my concerns or provide ANY compensation. In summary, I paid 29,523 for a used vehicle that I was falsely told had gone through a safety inspection. I immediately noticed serious issues with the car (suspension) and asked for the sale to be voided and my trade in returned. This was done through telephone AND in person within 2 business days of purchasing it. They refused to take the car back and also refused to make the safety related repairs. NO inspections were performed prior to their selling it because I took the vehicle to my mechanic where he found NO oil in the car, worn tires, frozen struts, blown rear shocks, oil pan gasket leak and oil cooler line leaks. The owner refuses to return my calls. The GM ignored me! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and IL State's attorney's office and will be pursuing this in court. Do not buy a used car from the dealer. More
I worked with Kostya Reznik, who worked very hard for my business. He knew I was looking for a very specific used vehicle, and he checked in with me every couple of weeks to answer questions and update me o business. In the end, I did not buy from him, but he earned my respect nonetheless. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful, and respectful. He will work hard for you. I ended up purchasing a pre-certified Kia Niro PHEV from another dealer, but if I were shopping new inventory, Kostya would be my first call. More
