Just so you know up front, the price they post for each vehicle isn't the real price. They add a $1000 charge to every vehicle for a protective coating and a shorttermwarranty. . Also if you choose to finance through someone besides their financing they charge you another $1000. So right off the bat we paid $2000 over what the sticker price was. Then after one week the alternator went out. So I called the warranty and it didn't cover anything. So you might want to go somewhere else to find a car. More

So I glanced over at Toyota and their landscaping was of course perfectly manicured. The car I was very interested in had dog hair all in back. The sales person thought it was a rouge but it was a murano😳 then i asked to see a Rouge. But she was clueless so hit the trunk button on keys to see which one opened in the line of cars. Jan 29th 2022 I purchased a new Nissan Versa. My salesman Ethan Eckel was amazing to work with. Everything went south then manager Robert Evenrud walked into the deal. Mr. Evenrud is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. He has no interest in the customer satisfaction experience. Ethan Eckel, young salesperson is the only reason I didn't get up and walk out! Mr. Evenrud had me so mad I don't usually speak my mind however I did that day. He shrugged his shoulder and smirked. Mr. Evenrud is the reason Elevated Nissan will never get my business again or my recommendation. I suspect I'm not the first or last customer Mr. Evenrud has treated this way.
