Bob Moore is the owner of Elderado Motors in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My wife first bought a PT Cruiser from them, they first let her drive off the lot, then 2 days later the manager calls and says she needs t Oklahoma. My wife first bought a PT Cruiser from them, they first let her drive off the lot, then 2 days later the manager calls and says she needs to bring in 300 dollars more for her down or have the car repossessed. Please note she was approved for "0 Down." After complaining for 2 days we got that fixed. But within 2 weeks of having the PT Cruiser, we had 2 tires blow out, and the alternator went out. We explained the problems and they agreed to let her trade. She then got a Trailblazer, they did note the engine shaking and said they would pay to have it fixed right away. The next day they tried to pull the down payment trick again saying she needed a bigger down for the vehicle. Again we had to go all the way to Corporate to get this fixed. Within a week we daily had to deal with the engine staling in the middle of traffic. When it came time to get the trailblazer fixed, Bob Moore and Elderado did not approve all the repairs. They would not even give a loaner, despite they knowingly sold a bad vehicle, They explained that would be out of our pocket expense and not theres. So after 5 days of them sending it to a 3rd party repair shop we finally got it back. Surprisingly the engine is still staling. When we informed them of this they once again said we would be responsible to cover the cost of a rental. We bought a lemon, they sold us a lemon, we work for a living and if they expect people to get back and forth to the jobs that pay for the car payments, then they should learn to treat their customers right. Now a mistake on our part was we went to Elderado for my car, I got a Honda Accord, and my wife was supposed to get $100 for being a referral, surprise surprise she never got a dime. Do not buy from Elderado, and if this is the kind of practices Bob Moore allows don't buy from them either. More
