Not sure what’s the problem with the dealership, the salesman/saleswomen are great but the problem is everyday there’s a different manager working on deals which means my car deals changed daily! It was salesman/saleswomen are great but the problem is everyday there’s a different manager working on deals which means my car deals changed daily! It was an extremely frustrating experience, and I didn’t feel valued as an important customer! Wouldn’t recommend! More

I bought an Outlander there in July. On the day my wife passed away, I went out to my car and someone had stolen the catalytic converter out of my car. After waiting a month my son con On the day my wife passed away, I went out to my car and someone had stolen the catalytic converter out of my car. After waiting a month my son contacted Ron Davis to see what we could do to get me back on the road. Ron took complete ownership of the situation and by the end of one day, he sent someone to pick me up and take me to get my car back. When he said he'd call back, he did, when he said he would talk to some of your team, he did. When said he would do all he could do to fix my issue, he did. Rare qualities in today's business world.
