Hi Tracy, I apologize that not receiving an owner's manual or spare key felt like an intentional "cheap shot", but unfortunately, used cars don't always come with the owner's manual or second set of keys. You can usually locate and download an owner's manual online and I'd be happy to help you with that! If you'd like a second key, I can also look into what it would cost for you to purchase one.
