They must be servicing hundreds of their Hyundai cars every day. It's all but a game. They put in print they provide a free oil service for 36,000 miles or 3 years but this only looks good in the print. What they do is, they are trying to discourage you from using that opportunity. They will gladly charge you for the service but will not provide what they promised. Bunch of bloody crooks! Do not buy or get serviced by Hyundai! More

Only problem was elder pulled a $500 switch on me....in their favor.. I specifically told them the model an cost of the tucson ultimate at Troy Automall. The delivered car $500 less than the one I had negotiated and had a confirmed email. I got them to throw in the floor Matt's but not the back stripping or cargo netting. Then I had to listen to the sales manager listen to how he was loosing 500 dollars by selling to me at that price. After I showed him the email, I got up to leave. All of sudden the Matt's were back in plus another $50 discount. Did I really need the other stuff...NO...but it was promised as part of the deal. AND I GOT RIPPED for $350. WHICH REDUCED A 5 STAR Experience to 4 star. Don't need to hear the salemanager tell me how he is loosing money.INSTANT TURNOFF! My sales guy, George, kept me in the deal plus the 2.63 % interest. Overall a good experience and luv the car...but please less nonsense complaining from the head sales guy. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck!! More
