Elder Ford of Tampa - Service Center

This place is awful. Last two times I've "scheduled" service.... Back in April I sat for over an hour before they took my truck back and then it took close to 2 hours Last two times I've "scheduled" service.... Back in April I sat for over an hour before they took my truck back and then it took close to 2 hours for an oil change. I scheduled another service with them last week and was told it was a 2 hour wait so I left and don't plan on returning. Why have a scheduling system if you can manage your resources to complete work? Or maybe prioritize scheduled work over walk ins. This is pathetic. More

I think I already gave a review on my last visit to elder ford. However, The last time I received service there, I had major repairs and Dan Beavers was my service manager.
