Awful communication. Truck sat there for 2 days before being contacted about it, and it still hadn’t been checked out. On the 3rd day the advisor insisted my vibration is Truck sat there for 2 days before being contacted about it, and it still hadn’t been checked out. On the 3rd day the advisor insisted my vibration issue on my truck with 15k miles was tires being unbalanced. The tires had less than 400 miles on them. Advisor called and said they were out of whack and said he would print out the paper showing the reading before he fixed the balance. Said it fixed the issue! Well, when I came to pick up the truck- their printer magically had run out of paper that prints the balance results!! Got charged $180 with no proof of error- and the truck doesn’t ride better at all. They refuse to put in the time to find something that is their fault and under warranty- they just want to make the money off lying to their customers. More
