It is very disappointing to know that have purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership and also purchased your so called extended warranty only to find out when it was needed it was declined over an air fil vehicles from your dealership and also purchased your so called extended warranty only to find out when it was needed it was declined over an air filter. I had purchased an aftermarket k&N washable filter but had to have the cam phasers repaired (also extremely dissatisfying) but told it would be 4900 since the warranty would not accept it. This is xx at its highest level. I took my business elsewhere and ended up paying out of pocket 2000 for the repair with Ford’s assistance. Nationwide warranty my eye. I manage a fleet of ford vehicles and will absolutely never bring business that direction ever again More
