Excellent Service. Kudos to Michael Tafur, AJ and mechanic I stopped by the Service Dept. on Sat 10th because my check engine light came on. Code indicated default with my catalytic converter. I then spoke with AJ who immediately scheduled my appt and set me up with a vehicle to drive while being serviced. Picked up vehicle today. I can't say enough about the service dept. at Elder Ford. Team work, quality service and workmanship. I bought my F150 from them in 2016. Only dealership I deal with. More
The just need more personnel opening in the morning hours because I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone assisted me. The other person couldn’t get logged into the system. I called and made an appointment because I had received a service recall letter. I took my car in the next day and the service advisor told me I may hear back from him on Friday, which was the next day. I w service recall letter. I was patient but when I didn’t hear anything back at 3pm on Friday, I started calling. I left several messages and eventually got a text message not a phone call stating it will be Monday before the technician would even look at my car. I explained that I need a loaner car because I need to go to the pharmacy on Saturday and to a doctors appointment on Monday the service advisor told me he would put me on a waiting list for one. So I had to incur several Uber charges for the days without my car. It was Tuesday when the service advisor actually called me telling me I need a new clutch assembly and shift pedals. The cost would be $4900. I told him I need time to think about it. He immediately called me the next day asking me what I was going to do. I said I will come and pick up my car. Thanks for the terrible service Ford. I will never buy a Ford again. More

When the service department at the dealership scheduled me for an appointment to look at a check engine light & then told me, after arrival, that I would have to leave it over the weekend, because they were overbooked (I had already taken a day off work ),I went next door to see Peter about getting my oil changed, since I was already there & had nothing else to do. Not only did he get me in for the 60,000 mile service, he also had the mechanic che k out the code & had the parts that were defective replaced (under full warranty), that same day. Peter puts the "SERVICE" in customer service . . . TOP NOTCH !!! More
