I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. He said he would order it and inquire about my tire insurance coverage. Several days went by, and I didn't receive a call. My daughter took our car to this dealership for a new battery. She drove the car hone, and when she tried to drive it again, she was locked out. It took a couple of hours for them to get to her and figure out what was wrong. She was late to work. They offered her a free service but then never actually sent it.
