I don't know who Peter Nieves is so have a neutral 3. But overall the front desk person was rude and gave be bad information that required follow up afterwards even though I was there in person. To cancel something I had to go in person which is just ridiculous and they said it could take up to 6 weeks to process when it took less than 24hrs to sign up. To me it comes across as shady/duplicitous as you get an extra month an a half of payment from me without me having access to the service. I will share this experience with friends and colleagues looking for new vehicles. More
Service completed all services as requested. Went in for mile scheduled oil change and tires rotation. Had a ticking sound. Quiklane thought it was a lifter. I went to svc to see if the warranty covered it. Dan told me I would need a replacement motor. Had a ticking sound. Quiklane thought it was a lifter. I went to svc to see if the warranty covered it. Dan told me I would need a replacement motor. After a month of being there and not being covered by warranty. I took the car to another mechanic. The issue: a loose spark plug. Issue solved within 1 hr. It's absolutely disgusting that svc never confirmed that the lifter was actually bad and just assumed based on quiklanes opinion, especially on such a major repair. More
