Came in for appt and, despite calling ahead and relaying the reqt to have a loaner vehicle, there were none available. Had to leave w/o recall performed. Arrangements for p/u and delivery of the my truck fr the reqt to have a loaner vehicle, there were none available. Had to leave w/o recall performed. Arrangements for p/u and delivery of the my truck from residence were made which was convenient. Was disappointed that the tail latch issue was not addressed since it had not happened to me yet. Basically, Ford is waiting for a load to fall on the street and kill someone behind me before they will approve the recall. The guy that helped me was great and the recalls, to the best of my knowledge' were corrected. Cannot understand why Auto Start/stop cannot be disabled. Ford staff said they hear this all the time. When will Ford quit playing eco-fellatio and give us what we want? I rated a 5 because the guy that helped me and the remote p/u and delivery of the vehicle was great but the rest...?? More
