Our sales consultant was Yousef Yousef. He was very helpful and worked hard to get a fair deal on the truck. Santiago who handled the financing not so much. After a week of not having the transfer come out of our account, we drove up there to give Santiago the correct numbers to get the transfer to go thru. He would not take them, said paperwork said it was approved. Credit Union said numbers had to be a certain way for transfer to go thru. Next day got a call from United transaction saying it hadn’t gone thru, told them I had tried to give Santiago the number the day before. Had to drive back up to give correct numbers to Yousef who took care of it for us. I called today 4/16/24 and left message for Santiago that we still have not received a welcome packet with the nationwide lifetime power train limited warranty in it that I thought we were to receive in about 30 days from purchase. Any help getting that welcome packet would be greatly appreciated. More

Payed for extended warranty with th xx butler service. Told at closing it a yearly detail. Took 2 months to get appointment, had my truck for 6hrs. All they did was take it to car wash.
