After several attempts to fix all the problems my car had, your team finally came through. I purchased my car last year and the car had several noises and rattling issues. After numerous test drives and had, your team finally came through. I purchased my car last year and the car had several noises and rattling issues. After numerous test drives and service appointments, all issues were resolved but patience were wearing thin on both sides (me and your service department). One person who stood by me and advocated for me with remarkable patience was service advisor Daniel Arias. He stood by me each step of the way and made me feel like everything would be okay. He always had a good attitude and always made me feel welcomed even though I kept coming back with the same unresolved issues. He most likely had pressure coming from the service department as well but he handled them like a professional. Please extend my gratitude to Mr. Arias.
