No Hassle Yearly Maintenance I scheduled The Works Vehicle Checkup which includes an oil change, tire rotation and pressure check, brake inspection, multi point inspection, fluid I scheduled The Works Vehicle Checkup which includes an oil change, tire rotation and pressure check, brake inspection, multi point inspection, fluid top off, battery test, filter check, and belts and hoses check. Scheduling was easy. I only had to wait a couple days for an appointment. All work was done in 1 day. More
This review has no impact on the Service Advisor Jason, I have been dealing with the issue of my wipers for over 2 yrs. Jason is new and did the best he could. After having my car for 3 days and replacing I have been dealing with the issue of my wipers for over 2 yrs. Jason is new and did the best he could. After having my car for 3 days and replacing a panel $500 later, we where right back at the svc ctr because the washer fluid STOPPED working again ! Why didn't the technician check everything? If you replace something, wouldn't you think to check every part of the issue? This seems to be an on going concern, that I have. The technicians do not check everything and causes us to have to return. Jason was very apologetic and accommodating, this is no reflection on him, he is just the middle person. Also, my personal opinion, is you have the Service people, checking people in and cashing them out, trying to take phone calls in between, they cannot do it all !! Trying to get ahold of your Service advisor is a NIGHTMARE !!!! always get voicemail. Also, not sure who the service managers are but if you leave a voicemail for them the DO NOT return calls. Not good service in my opinion. Instead of having people constantly calling you to get you to trade in your vehicle, why doesn't Elder Ford hire more Service advisors to be able to take phone calls for customers wanting and update on there repair? Like I mention, this is NO reflecting on Jason, he did the best he could do. All of my complaints are out of his hands. More

His communications were always professional, courteous, unrushed no matter how busy he was — and he was always busy. This is a busy service department in a big, busy dealership. But I felt my car was important & would be treated well. More
