Busy time I booked an appointment a few weeks ahead, and they are great about scheduling you in for service. It was for service of my door handles, which I assu I booked an appointment a few weeks ahead, and they are great about scheduling you in for service. It was for service of my door handles, which I assumed would be covered. I would have liked to know ahead if covered, but didn't get the call back until hours later that it wasn't covered. They were, however, kind of enough to quote a price. So basically, the only service end up being an oil change, but they did do a complete inspection for free. My only complaint is how busy they are and overbooking customers, which leaves the customer in he Libby for hours at a time. Other than that, the staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. More

Easy buy I was in need of a car, and wanted a Ford Fusion. He went beyond being helpful, and assisted us with meeting our requirements for getting a new car. Even after the sale he is checking in to make we are satisfied with the purchase. The process of making an appointment does not work When I called to make an appointment for service it was obvious I was not speaking to someone hands on at the dealership. I gave them all my information, however when I arrived for my scheduled time the service person at Elder Ford had no record of it. I then spent another 20 mins giving my information all over again. They said this happens all the time and the system never works right ? Seems crazy to me. I have also tried to make my appointment online by myself before at this dealer & that did not work either. They are over complicating the simple process of getting basic vehicle service with way too many steps and use of technology that make the process longer instead of efficient. They told me they would have the basic oil change done by 3:00pm but when I arrived to pick it up I still have to wait another 40 mins for them to finish & wash it as I had requested. Over-all there was a lot of wasted time on my part. More
