Elder Ford of Tampa - Service Center

My experience with the body shop in my F1 50 was OK and that is being understanding the staff was nice and pleasant when I talk to them very outgoing although my quote was only for four days in was OK and that is being understanding the staff was nice and pleasant when I talk to them very outgoing although my quote was only for four days in body shop in truck was sitting at shop for almost 3 1/2 weeks the only time I got an update without calling to find out what’s going on with my truck was the same day that it was. Completed in fact it took so long that my insurance stopped paying on the rental and I had to get a loaner . For another week . And for me as a contractor and not having a vehicle take had a ladder rack hurt my bottom line . More

Very bad experience at this location. The lady at the front desk is rude, I called 3 Times asking about my car, anybody call me letting me know about the service. The lady lie she said she called my and leave a voice msg and I didn’t get any call from Elder Ford. At 3:30 I went to the Elder and the people even work in my car yet my appointment was 8:30 am. No excuses for this worst service... I will never recommend this location for anyone and will never go back. More

Warranty repair ro my Sync system Professional and friendly service center. The staff treated me great. They got my vehicle done in a timely manner. They washed my car even.
