Unorganized and clueless Simple oil change. Tried to upsale me to 250.00 for various other things, I said no. I arrived on time, they took my car and within about 45 -60 min, Simple oil change. She takes me outside and said oh, it's not ready yet, they are washing it. Will be just a few minutes. 15 min go by, a young man asks me what I'm waiting for, I tell him. I then asked him if a car sitting out in the lot was mine, he said no, it doesn't have the right tag on it. So I believed him. He went looking for my keys in the blue box. No keys. Another 25 min, he's still looking for my keys, had another guy looking; they checked that blue box at least 5 times. He goes out to what I thought was my car, bingo it's mine, but no keys. He's still trying to find them. After another 10 min, I went in to chat with the young lady who took my car and told her I still have no car because no one can find my keys. She looks through her desk, no keys, she goes out to the blue box, surprised, keys! I spent an extra 45 min waiting for your folks to find my car then my keys. It takes me 40 min to get up to your dealership but because you treated me so well when I leased the car I decided to come back for the oil change. No more. I'll go to my mechanic that's 20 min away and I know I can get two of the filters that you tried to upsale me for 75.00 for about half that price. And I know he's a tad more organized than your service dept is. Very disappointing, for sure! More
Prompt service by competent prifessionals I was recently waiting out back of this dealership with my dogs. A well dressed gentleman was passing by to go back in. The gentleman paused and spoke and we struck up a conversation. I told him I had my 2017 mustang GT in for the 5,000 mike first service. As we talked I mentioned I’d like to increase the Horsepower. He described a good option that they can do at the dealership that keeps it under warranty and boosts the horsepower >50%. I was and am truly interested in having this done, but the interesting thing I found out about the very knowledgeable car guy I had been speaking to was that he is the finance manager. I am impressed. He sold me on the idea and in fact I stopped in to see the aftermarket manager to price the kit out the other day. He also is a real pro, he gave me excellent recommendations and described in detail, the whys and what’s. The whole dealership rocks including Caroline In sales and Johanny in service nd the sweet young lady who paid so much attention to my Yorkies. More

After visiting the showroom and speaking with the professional sales team I knowing I found the dealership I was going to make my purchase. The sales team was friendly , professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. They answered all the questions I had about my vehicle and even sat with me to understand all the financial incentives that were being offered at the time of my purchase. I was not subject to any pressure tactics and left the dealership feeing confident knowing I had all the information I needed to make my purchase. After purchasing the vehicle I chose to do all my vehicle services with Elder Ford. The dealership has a well trained professional service department but part and parcel of running any business is acknowledging mistakes can happen. What sets apart a successful business that earns customer loyalty from other establishments is the way they treat their customers. The service team and Elder Ford went above and beyond in helping compensate me for a small cosmetic mishap that happened when installing a new tire to my vehicle. From communication, to timeliness and answering general concerns Elder Ford was there every step of the way with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will always be returning to Elder Ford to continue the service needs for my new vehicle. Worst experience I've have had! I had a recall on airbags. Dropped car off at 8:30 am. Johany was my first service advisor. He was nice, but never called to update me about the car n I had a recall on airbags. Dropped car off at 8:30 am. Johany was my first service advisor. He was nice, but never called to update me about the car needing more time and didn't tell me he wouldn't be working the following day. I had to call twice before I could get someone on the phone the first day. Johany made it sound like it had been done for a while, but when i tried to pick it up at 6pm it was brought out of the shop. They said it wasn't done (an airbag light was on they needed to addressed). I was told it was a quick fix and could pick it up the next day. I called at 9:30 no one called me back. I called 4 times and was finally told at 12:30 it was done. I came half hour after and service rep (Chris) was extremely rude to me. Said guy I worked with previous day was out and asked me if someone told me it was ready. It was still in garage. I tried to tell him what i had been through. He blamed me for coming too early to pick up the truck. I am not confident the work was done correctly. I was going to get my clutch done at Elder, but will never return after this experience. I will also tell everyone i know not to go there. I called 4 times and left multiple vms for random people i was transferred to before reaching Erica O. She was nice and went to the shop (because no one would answer her) and called me back (the second day). She said truck was ready but paperwork was still being completed. She said if I came in half hour it would be ready. Chris was last person I saw and was so rude. He couldn't get anyone in the shop to bring my truck out to me so started doing work for other people. I told him I had someone waiting for me and after 15 mins or more he decided to go see if he could find out if the truck was ready. 1 and a half days for airbags? I lost money due to missed work and my mom had to Uber to her cancer treatment. I was also told my brakes need work. Just had $1000 in brakework done 200 miles ago. No one told me what looked worn about the brakes and by the time I went to get the truck I was so frustrated I didn't bring up the concern. More
