No Hassle Yearly Maintenance I scheduled The Works Vehicle Checkup which includes an oil change, tire rotation and pressure check, brake inspection, multi point inspection, fluid I scheduled The Works Vehicle Checkup which includes an oil change, tire rotation and pressure check, brake inspection, multi point inspection, fluid top off, battery test, filter check, and belts and hoses check. Scheduling was easy. I only had to wait a couple days for an appointment. All work was done in 1 day. More
This review has no impact on the Service Advisor Jason, I have been dealing with the issue of my wipers for over 2 yrs. Jason is new and did the best he could. After having my car for 3 days and replacing I have been dealing with the issue of my wipers for over 2 yrs. Jason is new and did the best he could. After having my car for 3 days and replacing a panel $500 later, we where right back at the svc ctr because the washer fluid STOPPED working again ! Why didn't the technician check everything? If you replace something, wouldn't you think to check every part of the issue? This seems to be an on going concern, that I have. The technicians do not check everything and causes us to have to return. Jason was very apologetic and accommodating, this is no reflection on him, he is just the middle person. Also, my personal opinion, is you have the Service people, checking people in and cashing them out, trying to take phone calls in between, they cannot do it all !! Trying to get ahold of your Service advisor is a NIGHTMARE !!!! always get voicemail. Also, not sure who the service managers are but if you leave a voicemail for them the DO NOT return calls. Not good service in my opinion. Instead of having people constantly calling you to get you to trade in your vehicle, why doesn't Elder Ford hire more Service advisors to be able to take phone calls for customers wanting and update on there repair? Like I mention, this is NO reflecting on Jason, he did the best he could do. All of my complaints are out of his hands. More

His communications were always professional, courteous, unrushed no matter how busy he was — and he was always busy. This is a busy service department in a big, busy dealership. But I felt my car was important & would be treated well. More

I saw Mr. Stump at the service center on a wed night at the end of the day with no appointment. He took me in and said he would contact me the following day. I was prepared for this to go into the weekend. Louis called me the next morning, gave me a price and told me he was ready to get it done. My water pump and belt was replaced that day and back to me by 3pm! Incredible communication, price, and service. Thank you again to Louis and the team for having me back in my vehicle so quickly. Not up to their usual standards I have always enjoyed taking my car to Elder Ford for regular maintenance, until this last visit. I drive from Lakeland which is about 50 miles so I w I have always enjoyed taking my car to Elder Ford for regular maintenance, until this last visit. I drive from Lakeland which is about 50 miles so I wait in the waiting room. First of all my car was done too quickly. I wonder if they did everything they were supposed to do. Second, the woman that signed me in yelled out my name 3 times when my car was done. She did not come in the waiting room to get me as they have always done in the past. And thirdly, they did not wash my car as they have always done. It was dirty and I was disappointed. I am a senior alone and it is difficult for me to wash my SUV, so I look forward to that when I bring it in for service. I am debating whether to give them another chance or see if I can get my service done at the local Ford dealership. More
