Very professional, great communication, trustworthy Had an engine problem with my F150, called Elder's service department and they got me in right away. Initial diagnosis didn't reveal the problem, they Had an engine problem with my F150, called Elder's service department and they got me in right away. Found a broken valve spring and gave me an estimate, truck was ready to pick up 2 days later and the final bill was LESS than quoted. Didn't try to upsell me anything!
