Easy buy I was in need of a car, and wanted a Ford Fusion. The process of making an appointment does not work When I called to make an appointment for service it was obvious I was not speaking to someone hands on at the dealership. I gave them all my information, however when I arrived for my scheduled time the service person at Elder Ford had no record of it. I then spent another 20 mins giving my information all over again. They said this happens all the time and the system never works right ? Seems crazy to me. I have also tried to make my appointment online by myself before at this dealer & that did not work either. They are over complicating the simple process of getting basic vehicle service with way too many steps and use of technology that make the process longer instead of efficient. They told me they would have the basic oil change done by 3:00pm but when I arrived to pick it up I still have to wait another 40 mins for them to finish & wash it as I had requested. Over-all there was a lot of wasted time on my part. More

Auto Butler appointment that never happened Arrived 15 minutes early for appointment at 1 PM. Finally saw service writer at 1:20. Left truck and waited. Two hours later saw my truck still sitt Arrived 15 minutes early for appointment at 1 PM. Finally saw service writer at 1:20. Left truck and waited. Two hours later saw my truck still sitting in parking lot; it had not been touched. When I inquired, I was told the job normally takes 3-4 hours to complete and that I should not have waited. I told Christopher that I had had it done before along with an oil change and it only took about 1.5 hours. I collected my truck and left with nothing being done. This is totally unsatisfactory service especially for a customer who has used Elder Ford since it opened and before when it was Ernie Haire Ford. I believe appointments are made to be kept and there is no reason for no service writer being availalle until 20 minutes after my appointment time. Also if truck had been started at my appointment time instead of not being touched for over two hours, then it would have been done. I still need to get the auto butler but only if guaranteed work will be started on or about my appointment time. More

They couldn't give me a proper diagnostic of why my GPS isn't working I think they just wanted to get paid and get me out of there don't think I going back anytime soon More
