Took in my ford F350 for an oil change, fuel filters and tire rotation. It was a terrible experience. 3 hours was told I needed an air filter but they actually never check it just sent me a video show dir tire rotation. It was a terrible experience. 3 hours was told I needed an air filter but they actually never check it just sent me a video show dirt outside where the air filter is. Rotated my tires and never check the air pressure so my low tire pressure light came as the rear tire pressure was to low now because the tire were on the front. For a “multi point” inspection you think they would at least check the tire pressure. I’m not sure why my truck took three hours as I watch groups of techs standing around talking for long periods of time. Then to make matters worst when my truck was done I had to wait for my service guy to come back from some where to cash me out. Apparently the next guy can’t cash out another persons client. How efficient is that? I am a faithful ford service person but this will be my first and last time to this ford dealership. More

I asked for the braves to be checked. I was told the rear where bad. I received no info on the front brakes.After 32 thousand miles some info should have been passed along. A trie rotation was done.In past a alignment & balance was performed. Not this time. It is common sense when you do one you do all. Also no battery check was done. It has the original battery. The trick is a 2019 model. I will be taking my truck to my local mechanic. More
