I wasn’t going to leave a review but since you have now emailed, called and texted me: Literally told me my oil pan was leaking, was very obviously blow back from the 1 valve cover that was leaking but o emailed, called and texted me: Literally told me my oil pan was leaking, was very obviously blow back from the 1 valve cover that was leaking but of course quoted me on replacing both valve covers and oil pan gasket. I said no, just the valve cover. I picked up my truck and drove across the entire state with my heat shield flapping in the breeze because never mind applying bolts where they once were. Thank you for your subpar service and free oil pan gasket (due to miscommunication, *shocker*). More

The service department failed to check their work to be sure it’s completed. I was promised a Loaner truck while I was having 7 recall items done on my 2500 when I showed up for appointment they said my truck didn’t qualify for a loaner.
