Scheduling the service was quick and easy. I explained what I needed done to my car and the mobile service was set up. The tech that showed up let me down. He did not bring the proper tools and I had to let him borrow tools to perform the agreed upon service. My wheels were not rotated correctly after explaining how I wanted them rotated. A second tech was dispatched the following day to correct the wheel rotation. Part of this was my fault as the way I wanted them rotated was out of the ordinary considering I needed my spare put on for a flat repair. All of my lug nuts were replaced as part of this service and I checked them after replacement. I found some torqued at less than 100 lb/ft and some maxed out my 3/8” torque wrench at over 125 lb/ft. I brought this up to the service advisor and he only apologized for the poor planning, not that my tires were improperly installed. More

I wasn’t going to leave a review but since you have now emailed, called and texted me: Literally told me my oil pan was leaking, was very obviously blow back from the 1 valve cover that was leaking but o emailed, called and texted me: Literally told me my oil pan was leaking, was very obviously blow back from the 1 valve cover that was leaking but of course quoted me on replacing both valve covers and oil pan gasket. I said no, just the valve cover. I picked up my truck and drove across the entire state with my heat shield flapping in the breeze because never mind applying bolts where they once were. Thank you for your subpar service and free oil pan gasket (due to miscommunication, *shocker*). More
