Overall an extremely poor experience. Finance communicated poorly and processed a loan without telling me. I saw the loan present on my credit and had to call Ford Financing to figure what had happened since I did not get a response from the dealer. Additionally, the dealer did not pay off my previous loan within the required 30 days, leaving me in a position where I needed to cover two car payments to protect my credit. After several days of trying to contact the finance manager via phone and email without a response, I had to reach out to the general manager. The issue was eventually taken care of, but I never received any kind of follow up from any manager. I will not seek service here again. Once I purchased the vehicle, I was effectively ignored. It took days of effort to even get into contact with anyone. I strongly recommend against going to this dealership. My wife was looking at purchasing an EV as well, and we will certainly not be going here. More

Went in for last minute repair and will not be going back. 2 stars for ability to take walk ins and desk staff were nice people. I asked for a tire alignment as my car has been shaking at high speeds. T back. 2 stars for ability to take walk ins and desk staff were nice people. I asked for a tire alignment as my car has been shaking at high speeds. They said I did not need a whole alignment but something cheaper and less work. After an hour is so of waiting they let me know that my car was ready and they only did the back tires but test drove and it was fine. $100 paid, left the dealership and nothing had changed while driving home or in the days after. More
