It actually started great or so I thought. Everything about this dealership seemed on the up and up. They always seemed to make good on what was said about what I was buying. Then the time came to put it to use at my local dealership only to find out that I paid alot of money for a few oil changes. I have a contract that says it covers alot of other things, I will give them that. The problem is the dealership tells me that I can show them any piece of paper I want, but if Ford doesnt say yes they will pay, I must pay. My issue with the dealership is since I discovered this problem I have sent emails to the GM and the sales manager that had “assisted?” me before and I have not heard back from either one of them. What I will tell all of you is that when you purchase an extended service plan from Elder Ford, I cant speak for all the others, the dealership gets $325 for a full synthetic oil change. That definitely raised an eyebrow. Anyway, the two stars is not because they did not give me a good deal on the vehicle that vibrates at 75 mph, and Ford says is a known problem with no fix, because at the time they did. Its for selling me oil changes made of gold. More
