SERVICE VISIT

April 2012,we asked for service for a CD player and it has been a struggle since that day. Excuse after excuse and lack of return calls, and more excuses by the CSR and the person behind the parts desk. has been a struggle since that day. I asking that the "owner" call me so I can explain and hopefully get some resolution for the lack of cooperation from Elder Dodge in Athens. It will be one year in April and multiple visits to the facility by my wife and myself only to receive a runaround excuse and promise to resolve the problem. More

Elder Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram responded

the customer brought his vehicle in with an inoperative stereo. We exchange the system for him and when the exchange company opened up his old one they removed C.D.'s and found they were damaged and they threw them away. We have tried to replace them but are unable to find them. We offered to pay for them and asked if he can find them. He has not let us know if he has found them yet.
