I will be going to Reliable from now on. I made an appt 2 weeks ago for yesterday for an airbag recall and to check out a noise from the steering. I called at 4pm to see if it was ready and he asked "are you calling about your car" what else would I be calling about he then told me it would be a few days! He never told us it was more than a 1 day thing. We told him forget it and I would pick it up. Really really unhappy that we wasted our time and gas driving from Allen for nothing. More
