We bought a 2025 equinox and had the first oil change completed at the dealer ship. They failed to place any of the caps on my fluids along with the oil cap. My husband went out of town and the warning light came on. Much to his surprise all caps were laying on the motor area, oil everywhere, and no oil showing in the dip stick. Now they want to rebuild the motor killing the value of the care and said they can’t get us into something else because our situation has changed since we purchased the equinox. Life happens folks and it’s now my fault I can’t get a new car to replace this one that they screwed up since life is different 5 months later. My advice is don’t go there for anything and check your vehicle thoroughly if they service it. Not to mention the 2 plus hours you wait even with an appointment. More
