The worst customer service and non informative person. Was told my car would be done in 3 hours called back after 3 hours and Pete rudely told me that my car wouldn't even be ready until next week. That it was on Friday and wasn't even sure when they would look at it. If he had told me that when I took it I would have taken it somewhere else. I picked up my car and he didn't even apologized or anything. Will tell all my friends about the rude attitude Pete has and to never go there again. I guess El Dorado Chevrolet doesn't care about their customers or for business if they have idiots like Pete working there!! More
