Saturday afternoon, I was just driving by and took a chance that they could fit me in for an oil change and they were able to accommodate me! Did a good job, friendly staff, however first advisor, Michael, didn’t do a very good job of keeping me informed about my vehicle and he ended his day without talking to me and discussing my RO. I called and was sent to Michael’s voicemail and was never told he’d left for the day. After over an hour waiting to hear from Michael I got a ride to the dealer to get my vehicle. I took my Chevy trailblazer in for an oil change recently for the first time since I purchased it last year and had a great experience.
