My truck has been in the shop for the last couple of months and I still haven’t gotten it fixed so I had to go to classic Chevrolet and Denison. I don’t feel like a valued customer. I wasn’t treated very well and now this is going to be the third time I’m paying for a warranty of $100 that all of this stuff should’ve been fixed the first time at El Dorado Chevrolet, but it wasn’t it was given back to me and told me mistakes and then I would drive down the street and The Check engine light would turn back on. Stephen felt like he was doing me a favor by giving me a loaner car when loaner cars come with my warranty. I’m just happy that somebody from another dealership called me and came down and actually picked my vehicle up and dropped a vehicle off for me. I shouldn’t have to pay for a warranty twice there and then you guys still didn’t fix it. More

Numair is excellent and went above and beyond to ensure I had a loaner available while car was in service.
