He was rude didn't confirm work on my car. He said work was completed and nothing had been done. Was very upset to bring my car in before making my first payment. Not getting looked at for 4-5 days after dropping off, and being told there would not be a car for me to drive. My vehicle was there for 2 1 payment. Not getting looked at for 4-5 days after dropping off, and being told there would not be a car for me to drive. My vehicle was there for 2 1/2 weeks. I picked it up and immediately had to return it due to another issue wrong. The entire experience was not so great. I do give a round of applause to Landon (in used cars) and Paul my service advisor for helping me in every way. More
