El Dorado Chevrolet was the worst service department I have ever taken my vehicles to. They do not have loaner vehicles even if your car will be getting the transmission overhauled “supposedly” and when y have ever taken my vehicles to. This place is the definition of a Stealership. Do not recommend this place for service at all. On top of all that, they give you a complimentary car wash card to go across town to get your vehicle ran through a drive through car wash. Stay away. More
