I was genuinely excited about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, as the website promoted the option to schedule a test drive. However, my experience took an unexpected turn when I scheduled a test drive and was later informed via phone call that a test drive was only possible after purchasing the vehicle. This misalignment between the website's promotion and the actual policy was quite disappointing. Given my background in marketing, I'd like to offer a suggestion that could potentially enhance the customer experience for others who visit the website. It might be beneficial to consider adding a clear disclaimer, such as "This is not for a test drive," to the "schedule a test drive" section of your website. This small addition could prevent any confusion and ensure that customers are well-informed before making their appointments. I believe that transparent and accurate representation of services is crucial in building trust and providing an exceptional experience for your customers. Making these adjustments can help prospective buyers make informed decisions and set the right expectations.
