Can someone explain to me why the smiling face and interest shown when buying a vehicle in the customer service in the vehicle sales department of the same branch is not available in the vehicle servi interest shown when buying a vehicle in the customer service in the vehicle sales department of the same branch is not available in the vehicle service maintenance department? I need my car urgently. Did I mean car ready? They said it was ready when I went. I went by chance. I still don't understand why they gave such a harsh answer when I wanted to ask a question while getting out of the vehicle for the first time. I will go to other branches of chevy from now on. More

Review of El Dorado MAZDA, not Chevrolet. This was an easy deal to make through internet and phone. Car was ready when we arrived. Everyone involved was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
