I took my Honda Accord in for service. I like this dealership because it is conveniently located to Bart and it's easy to have service performed without an appointment. I rate Honda of El Cerrito - GREAT! I purchased my 2006 Odyssey and 2011 Civic from them and have used them as my primary service place for both vehicles. Rodney, Adrian and Loring have been exceptionally helpful with servicing the Odyssey's recall, battery replacement and other concerns pertaining to today's visit. I appreciate receiving in my email a service discount coupon for an oil change, etc. and complimentary car wash (very well done). However, I was left sitting in the visitor room for a very long time (so coupon for an oil change, etc. and complimentary car wash (very well done).
