Every time I walk into this dealership, I am greeted in a warm and welcoming manner. Although I generally ask for Ron Maio, I am greeted by name by others as well. Ron, however, is our go-to guy--he presents himself professionally, always with a friendly smile. I find him to be honest & trustworthy. He has always spoken to me with respect, explaining when necessary, and helping me avoid unnecessary expense while keeping me and my vehicle safe. My husband & I are pleased with our overall experience with your dealership, finding that the quality of work has been high. I cannot remember ever leaving feeling as if something was overlooked, nor have we had to return with a problem that was not addressed adequately. We do realize that prices are more expensive at your dealership (all dealerships) but because of Ron, we are willing to continue taking our vehicles to him rather than find a competent yet more inexpensive auto shop. I have been going to this dealership not just to buy a car but for service as well. Mel Santiago has been my service advisor for at least 7 years now. Mel always has that smiling face and a cheerful attit car but for service as well. Mel Santiago has been my service advisor for at least 7 years now. Mel always has that smiling face and a cheerful attitude no matter what time of day ( and you know it's not just a put on but for real). When he promised that a car will be done by a certain time, you can be assured that it will happen. In cases where it has to be extended, Mel will call to let you know what is going on. He always spends time to answer questions and does not make you feel like its a burden for him to do so. Mel is always ready to assist customers in any way he can. Service is always great. My cars are always in top shape. One time, I was going to go on a long drive and was worried that my maintenance reminder light might go on while on the road. Mel told me to come in, his crew checked my Pilot and made sure it was in good shape. True enough, I did not encounter any problem when I went on that trip. The service crew is also very honest. Yesterday, I accidentally left my camera when I left it for service. I was already a work when I realized what had happened. When I got back my car, the camera was still there. Very satisfied with Mel and this dealership. :D More
The service received was excellent. Ron Maio was very helpful and friendly. My recall issue, power steering pump, was fixed along with the brake recall that I did not even know about when I first came i helpful and friendly. I was assured that the tiny sound I hear when i step on the break was the result of the recall service performed but should go away soon.
