I would like to edit my review to say that the folks at Honda of El Cerrito have worked hard to restore my faith in the dealership. Darryl and others at the dealer have worked with me to ensure that my questions and concerns have been addressed. I can't seem to change my rating, but I would say that have my recent experience with the folks at Honda of El Cerrito - I am much more satisfied with my experience there ... and I LOVE my new CR-V!
