The best service ever! Already my third Honda and I would never think of going anywhere else for service. They always try to get me the appointment the most convenient for me , they give me a car much cleane never think of going anywhere else for service. Their prices are very competitive and best of all they are the friendliest people. I worked with Michelle today and felt treated like a friend and I loved it! Silvia is very patient and takes a genuine interest in working with her clients. I really like her and will use her again. Have a 2007 Honda, a Pilot I purchased from her. I hate the visibility in this car. There are blind spots. Haven't read any research on numbers of accidents related to visibility. I'm thinking of trading it in, for a Honda, of course. More
I brought my Honda fit to get serviced and Mel approached me with "Hows it going today boss" lol. Mel did everything right in providing excellent customer service every time i came. An example of Mel's effort to provide this excellent customer service is when I found out that the car wash was down due to repair. But he went out of his way to hand wash the car with another employee (don't know the other guys name). That was the icing on the cake that made me happy in the quality of work that Honda of El Cerrito put out. Thanks you for doing the best guys. More
I have been going to Honda of El Cerrito since I purchased my car in 2005. They have provided the best customer and auto service, making sure that my car is in the best shape possible. I guess it's customary for car owners to use non-dealership service shops because "they're too expensive" but the price of service here is pretty competitive, plus you know you're getting the parts and professionals who know your car. They also offer great service while you wait for your car. There are rooms for your kids, a quiet room for those who don't want to wait on the sales floor, and a place to work off your laptop. They also offer shuttle services to and from so you don't even have to wait there. It's also conveniently located next to BART so you can drop your car off in the morning, catch the train to work, and come back to pick it up as soon as you get back. I don't think it gets any better than that. Mel Santiago is definitely a family favorite. He is our go to Honda guy whenever it's time to bring our cars to the shop. He's very friendly and helpful. He tells you exactly what you need for your car and won't try to hussle you into getting more than you really need. He takes it a step further and tells you months in advance what to get ready for. In my case, my timing belt needs to be replaced later this year, so you can bet that I'll start saving for that instead of being surprised later on. After all is said and done, Honda of El Cerrito gets 5 of 5 stars from me. More
