If she had not been so thorough and patient I would have probably visited the other dealer that I purchase my previous Honda. She took the time to explain the workings of the Android Auto and the Bluetooth that for a person my age is confusing.. I felt she had the interest of me as foremost and not interest of the dealership. I've visited her a few times since my purchase to ask about small details that I wasn't able to solve. She gave me her time and attention even though she already made the sales. Honda of El Cerrito should be commended for is their excellent car service and service personnel. Could not be happier.
